COKEBURG Theft: Francis N. Falcon, 41, of Washington, is charged by state police with felonies of burglary and theft by unlawful taking. According to the criminal complaint, the morning of Sept. 17 Falcon and Timothy Work entered a home in the 100 block of Lincoln Street and stole about $20,000 of property, mostly tools and firearms. Work, 33, of Marianna, was charged soon after and is awaiting trial. Falcon was arraigned Tuesday morning before District Judge Curtis Thompson, who released him on $50,000 unsecured bond.
