Instructions to restore e-Edition access in the O-R app using an iPad

Due to a caching issue, subscribers using the O-R app to access the e-Edition on an iPad may experience issues with using the e-Edition. To fix this, you’ll need to clear the browser data for the app.  Follow the steps below, or watch the video for step by step instructions.

  • Step 1. Open your iPad settings (the gray gear icon).
  • Step 2. Find "Safari" in the left side list and click it.
  • Step 3. Using your finger, scroll down the list on the right side of the screen to find "Advanced." Click it.
  • Step 4. Click "Website Data."
  • Step 5. Click "Show all sites" at the bottom of the list.
  • Step 6. Click "Edit" in the top right corner.
  • Step 7. Find "" in the list, and click the red button next to it.
  • Step 8. Click "Delete" to the right of “” “” should now be missing from your list.
  • Step 9. Click "done" in the top right corner. Close Settings and return to the Homescreen by clicking the Homescreen button.
  • Step 10. Open the O-R app and access the e-Edition as you normally would. You should now see the e-Edition correctly.
