Benjamin Marcus Homes, one of the region’s oldest and fastest growing custom home builders, has opened a one-stop design studio and gallery in Southpointe.

“We are experiencing rapid growth throughout the Pittsburgh region, particularly in the South Hills and North Hills, and we needed to find the perfect location and space to serve the Pittsburgh market,” says Mark Hoskins, president of Benjamin Marcus Homes. “After searching far and wide, we found exactly that at Southpointe.”

The Benjamin Marcus Homes Design Gallery will streamline and revolutionize the homebuilding process as it allows prospective homebuilders to experience virtually every detail and aspect of their dream home. Visitors experience everything from cabinetry, counter-tops, flooring, trim and doors, closets, windows and treatments, various exteriors, decks and patios, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and more. Every aspect of the BMH Design Gallery was built to create an enjoyable and stress-free homebuilding process, as it also offers access to on-site financing professionals (by appointment) as well as a children’s playroom.

“Our Design Gallery will transform the way we help individuals and families realize their dream home by allowing them to see, touch and feel every aspect of their design all under one roof,” says vice president Barrett Hoskins. “This a rapidly growing, family-owned company, and we take great pride in our work and our mission to ensure the home building experience is simple, enjoyable and meeting our customers’ wildest dreams. Our Design Gallery takes that mission to the next level, and there’s no better place to serve our customers than in Southpointe.”

Some of Benjamin Marcus’ locations include Tuscany in Peters Township, Fair Acres, Treetop Acres and Siena at St. Clair all in Upper St. Clair, Summerbrooke in North Strabane Township and Newbury in South Fayette. In addition, the company will build on customer’s own lots.

Benjamin Marcus Homes opened the doors of its Design Gallery to more than 125 people at a grand opening gala in April.

“We received tremendous feedback from those who attended our grand opening, and we look forward to sharing it with individuals and families as we help them realize their dream homes,” says Mark Hoskins. u
