Drug charges filed: Diamond Shannae Jackson, 25, of 468 Motheral Ave., Monessen, is charged by state police with possessing 40 stamp bags of heroin with intent to deliver, drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence, court records show. The charges stem from a traffic stop July 4 at First Street and McKean Avenue. She is free on $25,000 bond set by District Judge David Mark.
Assaults alleged: Robert Calderone, 34, of 605 Reed Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with strangulation, simple assault and harassment over allegations he struck, pushed and choked Jamie Greer about 7:30 p.m. Friday at his residence, court record show. Greer, 31, of 420 Pearl Ave., Monessen, also is charged with simple assault and harassment over allegations she struck and shoved a 9-year-old girl during the same disturbance. Calderone is free on $15,000 unsecured bond set by District Judge Wayne Gongaware. Greer is free on $5,000 unsecured bond.
Theft alleged: Chenee Dawna Carson, 31, of 1420 Maple Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with burglary, theft and criminal mischief, court records show. Police accuse Carson of breaking a window to enter 1608 Maple Ave. about 1:40 p.m. June 27 to steal a mattress, box springs, curtains, two power tools and a weed trimmer. A senior district judge issued the charges Friday in a summons.
Assault alleged: James Jimirro Jr., 48, of 626 Lincoln St., Monongahela, is charged by city police with strangulation, false imprisonment, simple assault, making terroristic threats and harassment, court records show. Jimirro is accused of using his forearm to choke his girlfriend, Alanna Haley, and his hand to cover her nose and mouth about 3:20 p.m. June 27 in his residence. He is free on $10,000 bond set Friday by District Judge Mark Wilson.
Theft alleged: Kristin Ann Mikita, 43, of 110 Knox Ave., Monessen, is charged by Rostraver police with theft and receiving stolen property over allegations she stole $58 from another woman’s purse about 5 p.m. March 4 in a business at 140 Sara Way, court records show. A senior district judge issued the charges Friday in a summons.
Money stolen: Kurtis Wayne Lowe, 29, of Dunlevy, is charged by Rostraver police with theft and receiving stolen property over allegations he stole $600 from a resident of Rostraver Apartments, 322 Mathews Road, about 6:30 p.m. May 8, court records show. A senior district judge issued the charges Friday in a summons.
