South Strabane police charge several people with theft

South Strabane Township police recently charged several people with theft for allegedly stealing from local businesses.
Gabriela Rodriguez, 26, of Pittsburgh, and Alexis D. Fincik, 19, of 430 Murray Ave., Donora, were charged with retail theft, criminal solicitation and conspiracy after they allegedly stole items valued at $381 from Tommy Hilfiger, Tanger Outlets, Feb. 12.
Savannah Rae Ammons, 22, and Amy Rae Ammons, 51, both of 1041 Summerlea Ave., Washington, were charged with retail theft and conspiracy for allegedly stealing items valued at $328.99 from Kohl’s, Strabane Square.
Three women were charged after separate incidents at Target, Strabane Square, Feb. 15. Jacquelyn Rae Whipkey, 39, of 136 Blaine St., Washington, and Jennifer R. McFall, 35, of 114 Hamilton St., Washington, are charged with retail theft. Whipkey allegedly stole a Keurig coffee maker, and McFall allegedly stole items valued at $116.94. Tabitha Jo Horne, 35, of 108 Fulton St., Washington, is charged with retail theft and possession of paraphernalia after she allegedly stole items valued at $201.89.
