Police are investigating a theft reported at Belko Foods in Waynesburg just before noon Monday.

The incident is still under investigation and officers did not release much information about the crime. Officer Shawn Wood, who is handling the investigation, said that no force was used.

A red Honda Accord with a large, white “H” sticker on the rear windshield is believed to be involved. Anyone with information about the vehicle is asked to contact police.

Greene County Regional police posted an alert about the vehicle on their Facebook page, adding that the vehicle had tinted windows and is believed to have a stolen Pennsylvania license plate, KLM-7928.

Wood said the estimated value of items taken Monday was still being calculated as of Tuesday morning and no arrests had been made in connection to the incident.
