PennWest California to present ‘Godspell’
PennWest California’s theater department will present “Godspell” at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday in the Blaney Black Box Theatre in Steele Hall.
The musical focuses on the parables told by Jesus Christ, mixing in memorable musical numbers and comedy to share a message of kindness and love.
Aiden Cheek of Peters Township will play the role of Jesus Christ
Area students who will be members of the ensemble include Emily Bittner of Charleroi, Delaney Harvey of Brownsville, Emma Jones of Waynesburg, Cole McGlumphy of Venetia and Quenten Zboyovsky of Monessen.
