Washington County commissioners

  • At the request of the adult probation office, the county entered into a professional services contract with Steel Fusion Laboratory, Monessen, including twice-a-year audits and consultation on drug testing at $500 and expert testimony at $400 per request, to be funded under Act 35.

The board entered into a $65-an-hour contract with attorney Christine Cardinale to provide legal services to the Children and Youth Services agency. Attorneys Douglas Sepic and Mark Adams will represent the agency in juvenile court at the same hourly rate. Attorneys MariAnn Hathaway and Erin Dickerson will provide legal services and counsel to children through the agency at a rate or $6,666 from July 1 through June 30, 2019.
