Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Faith Frenden, 36, 766 Ewing St., Washington; receiving stolen property; charged Jan. 22; sentence – 11 months of probation.

Shannon Lee Gazvoda, 26, 2200 Avella Road, Avella; conspiracy to receive stolen property; charged Oct. 5, 2016; sentence – three years of probation.

Albert Joseph Alimena, 59, 120 Sewickley Ridge Circle, Sewickley; harassment; charged Aug. 15, 2016; sentence – $300 fine.

Dennis James Dropko, 56, 417 Parkinson St., Monongahela; access device fraud; charged Jan. 1; sentence – five years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Robert A. Walker Jr., 41, 616A S. Central Ave., Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance; charged May 27, 2016, and July 28; sentence – three years of probation.

Marquise Dempsey, 21, 1022 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; two counts of theft and simple possession; charged Feb. 20, July 5 and July 17; sentence – six to 12 months in jail, 12 months of probation, $100 fine and no contact with the victim.

Bobbie Jo Yerkey, 34, 610 Mcnary St., Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 1, 2015; sentence – three to 12 months in jail and 12 months of probation.

William Albert Richards, 30, 6 Crackerjack Road, Monongahela; simple possession; charged Nov. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Julio C. Arroyo, 25, 1480 Washington Ave., Apt. 20B, Bronx, N.Y.; sale of noxious substances; charged June 15; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Key Bank Pavilion.

Donald Eugene Allen, 47, 360 E. Hallam Ave., Washington; robbery; charged April 4, 2016; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Circle K.

Joseph Anthony Adamski Jr., 68, 224 Center Ave., Cecil; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 26; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Lynette E. King, 55, 99 King Road, McDonald; DUI; charged Dec. 29; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Sean Damian Perry, 27, 108 Pennsylvania Ave., Apt. 1, Charleroi; careless driving and driving with a suspended license; charged July 8; sentence – $225 fine and six-month driver’s license suspension.

Robert Hayse Campbell Jr., 63, 220 Duke St., Washington; DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged March 29; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, three months of ScramX, $2,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Kenndal Justine Russell, 22, 35 Beech St., Muse; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, DUI and receiving stolen property; charged May 15; sentence – five years, six months in the intermediate punishment program, two years of probation, six months and 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine, restitution, 12-month driver’s license suspension, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Nathaniel Thomas Engott, 37, 221 S. College St., Apt. 4, Washington; theft by deception; charged April 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Emil Edward Ihnat, 22, 123 St. Paul Road, Rural Valley; indecent exposure and open lewdness; charged March 16; sentence – 14 months of probation, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Blaise Desantis, 1249 Country Club Road, Monongahela; DUI; charged Jan. 14; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring and $300 fine.

Stuart J. Bombiani, 47, 3 Hillman Ave., Burgettstown; DUI; charged Jan. 13; sentence – three days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Jason M. Doetzer, 35, 129 Baywood Ave., Apt. 1, Mt. Lebanon; DUI; charged July 4; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring and $300 fine.

Erin Nicole Taylor, 39, 1515 Grand Blvd., Monessen; DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged Sept. 8, 2016; sentence – 30 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months and 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Ollis Patrick Hanley, 32, 105 Branch St., Carnegie; DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 17, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months and 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Nathan James Karpinski, 21, 375 Pennsylvania Ave., Oakmont; DUI; charged Nov. 20; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Victor J. Klements, 51, 44 Henderson Drive, Canonsburg; DUI; charged Jan. 30; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Richard Brandon Mandus, 24, 1104 Hoffman Drive, Oakdale; DUI; charged May 25; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Stephanie L. Thornton, 46, 15 Wabash Ave., Hickory; DUI; charged April 8; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:

Jasmine Parsons, 19, 311 Greenside Ave., Canonsburg; harassment; charged April 14; sentence – $300 fine.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of DUI and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. Jonathan Reed Mayo, 34, 53 Division St., Pittsburgh – manufacture of a controlled substance; Temekia Nicole Thompson, 41, 2020 Wayne St., Swissvale – receiving stolen property and theft by deception; and Erin Huff, 34, 1315 Market St., Beaver – possession of drug paraphernalia.
