Jermaine Lamar Mosley, 28, 301 Crest Ave., Apt. 3, Charleroi; accidents involving death or personal injury, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and driving with a suspended license; charged April 29; sentence – 18 months of probation, $525 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Chalicia Renea Washington, 24, 3141 Village Boulevard, Apt. 203, Palm Beach, Fla.; disorderly conduct and exceeding maximum speed limits; charged Sept. 27, 2017; sentence – $185 fine.

Raquel Rae Bryner, 27, 256 Lacock St., Washington; delivery of heroin, resisting arrest and false identification to law enforcement officers; charged Feb. 9, 2016, and June 23; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, three years of probation and 100 hours of community service.
