Deep seeded resentment and anger that we hold inside can cause both emotional and physical pain. This pain can lead to chronic disease in your body. One way to release this anger and resentment, is through meditation. In this 4 week class, we will explore how harbored feelings may be effecting us and begin to release it through forgiveness. Forgiveness is a powerful way to find freedom from the past. Join us for some tools for walking a forgiveness journey. Learn the power of breath, mind and body. $40 for a 4 week class Wear comfortable clothing. We will sit in supportive chairs (not on the ground).
