Learn what meditation is and how it can benefit you. There are simple ways to incorporate meditation into your life. If you have a desire to reduce stress and operate through life from a place of peace and calm, this series is for you. We will explore what TAPPING is and how incorporating it into meditation can reduce stress. $40 for all four sessions
