Maintaining brain health can help to preserve memory and lower risk for brain disease. But surprisingly, the brain remains the most neglected organ in the body. Mark Miller, MD, WVU Medicine, will define what the brain needs to perform at optimum levels. The discussion also will focus on the profound impact lifestyle choices, exercise and nutrition have on brain health. Brain game books to sharpen the mind, improve your memory and keep your brain fit will be awarded as door prizes.
